In the living room, the design is grounded by the lowered ceilings and steps down into the space. A minimalist fireplace with walnut paneling adds warmth, complemented by a textured white brick wall. Each bedroom tells its own story, but the nursery steals the show with playful mid-century modern wallpaper and walnut furnishings.

This 6,000-square-foot lottery home allowed the project team to explore their creative outlets, resulting in a unique and stunning product. As for every Foothills Hospital Home Lottery, grandeur is showcased throughout. This luxurious showhome was part of a lottery, allowing people to purchase tickets for the opportunity to win a mortgage-free house by the lake.

The light-filled main level boasts a gorgeous kitchen with a grand open-to-above detail and breathtaking views of Mahogany Lake. The sunken living room and open-concept dining area make the flow of this home seamless. The office, tucked away at the front of the home, feels connected yet private, as does the stylish dining area that opens onto a picturesque balcony.
