Swan Architecture together with Streeter Custom Builder crafted this sensational Art Deco-inspired house featuring a greenhouse-inspired conservatory at the heart of this Minnesota residence. Nestled along the lake, this sanctuary blends warmth and serenity with its light-flooded living spaces.
The homeowner’s vision was to create a show-stopping conservatory, which inspired the entire home’s design. An adjoining light-filled stair hall balances the sunroom’s bold contrasting style. With dramatic water views from every level, the airy, three-story open stairway gives the illusion that it’s floating.
