What We Love: This beautifully designed home in Northern Michigan features inviting details throughout its interiors. A rustic palette of materials, finishes and accessories adds plenty of warmth into this home, creating a cozy atmosphere. Above: The Wet Bar cabinetry features a custom stain on HIckory wood, while the countertop is made out of a maple slab.

Above: Fantasy Brown is the name of the granite on the countertops in the kitchen. The cabinets are from Wolverine Cabinets in Petoskey, Michigan. The perimeter cabinets are an Alder wood with an expresso stain, while the island was fabricated in Hickory with a custom finish.

Above: The powder bathroom features a beautiful rustic countertop made from walnut, locally sourced.

Above: The laundry room doors are a custom stained Alder. The doors were manufactured from Thomas Millikan. The wall color was painted in Revere Pewter HC-172 | Benjamin Moore.

Above: The lights in the master bathroom were sourced from Restoration Hardware. The countertops are Granite— “Fantasy Brown.” The tile in the shower is a wood planked tile from Virginia Tile.

Above: The countertop was cut from a large slap of maple and then stained. That is how the natural live edge was achieved.
