A rustic palette of materials, finishes and accessories adds plenty of warmth into this home, creating a cozy atmosphere. Above: The Wet Bar cabinetry features a custom stain on HIckory wood, while the countertop is made out of a maple slab.

Above: Fantasy Brown is the name of the granite on the countertops in the kitchen. The cabinets are from Wolverine Cabinets in Petoskey, Michigan. The perimeter cabinets are an Alder wood with an expresso stain, while the island was fabricated in Hickory with a custom finish.

Above: The laundry room doors are a custom stained Alder. The doors were manufactured from Thomas Millikan. The wall color was painted in Revere Pewter HC-172 | Benjamin Moore.
