Designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings, this dwelling blurs the line between indoors and out. This home was created to complement and respect the land that it is constructed on.
Positioned at the far back of the property, this dwelling is set amidst dense vegetation and desert xeriscape. The architects took advantage of the native plants and trees, creating a sense of tranquility and seclusion. Upon entry, the spacious great room reveals breathtaking desert panoramas and distant views of Pinnacle Peak Mountain, captured through large glass sliding panels.

Window walls were integrated throughout the home, including one at the end of a gallery that looks into the garage, where the owner’s cars are on display. Overall, this residence is characterized by a warm and inviting material palette, punctuated by standout features such as the attractive Turco art panels in the great room and powder room.
What We Love: This beautiful modern home showcases clean lines and ample outdoor living spaces that perfectly complement the beautiful surrounding desert views. Inside, this home features amazing design details — from the living room with its custom panel above the fireplace to the wine room in the dining room and the pass-through window in the kitchen that opens to an outdoor bar. The outdoor spaces are equally exquisite, especially the pergola-covered patio at the front of the house.
