Instead of integrating trends that implement copious amounts of hardwood species, the materials include composite horizontal siding, aluminum composite metal paneling, and thin-brick veneer — all materials that are recyclable and carry a much lower embodied energy. Long-term maintenance will require minimal upkeep with the materials selected, a major benefit due to the coastal exposure.

Accessible via elevator, the three-level floor plan greets guests on its main/second level with an atrium-style foyer that leads to a formal dining room with sliding doors to create an intimate atmosphere. Continuing inside you will find a spacious great room, a stunning island kitchen with a secondary butler’s kitchen, and access to an ocean-view cabana, pool, and spa for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
