This spectacular contemporary-style house designed by Brandon Architects together with Details a Design Firm is situated in Cameo Shores, a beautiful community of Corona Del Mar, California. Due to strict height regulations in the area, this home is one level with a day-lite basement. This home is nestled on an irregularly shaped corner lot, which helped create the inspiration for the home’s layout.
The spaces of the home are laid out in a ‘C’ formation around the outdoor entertainment spaces and views, which are centrally located. The entry and pool are aligned with the Newport Beach harbor entrance and sunset views. On the lower level, exposed concrete walls frame the wine room and lounge that sit directly below the pool above, which ties into the concrete podium. This is a six-bedroom home with approximately 10,000 square feet of living space.

What We Love: This contemporary-style house is a showcase of luxurious details designed for and around user experience. Indoor-outdoor boundaries have been blurred courtesy of walls of disappearing glass, further expanding living and entertaining spaces. We especially love the concept of the skylight in the swimming pool to help flood the living space below with natural light.
Tell Us: What do you think of the overall architecture of this home? Do you think it is too over the top or the complete package for dream house living? Let us know in the Comments!
