A catastrophic fire destroyed a family’s second-generation house, but the family is delighted with this radiant new home and gardens that replaced it.

Above: All of the hardwood flooring throughout this gorgeous home is custom finished in place floors. The following are the specs: 3/4 x 7 Engineered {5mm wear layer), Reclaimed White Oak at lengths 2′ to 10′ by Restoration Timber. Light hand scraped, stained, and finished with clear coats of water-based finish.
What We Love: This modern farmhouse-style home offers its inhabitants bright and airy living areas, ideal for both everyday living and hosting guests. The project team did a wonderful job of thoughtfully sourcing every detail, resulting in the creation of beautiful spaces that seamlessly flow together, evoking a sense of harmony throughout. Overall, we are loving the aesthetics of this home, especially the crisp, clean kitchen.
