DKOR Interiors is responsible for the interiors of this contemporary waterfront home that is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Created to accommodate a family of three who enjoys entertaining, the house boasts a luxurious touch with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms in this sumptuous home. To achieve a seamless aesthetic, the ledger stone used on the exterior facade extends into the interior spaces.
Step inside to discover luxurious beach vacation-style décor and stunning design features. Every space was embellished with warm wood, glass, metal, and natural stones, highlighting the beach elements. Thoughtfully curated furnishings and accessories are a mix of Italian and local designs. The designer applied mixed metals of copper and champagne hues to infuse warmth throughout.

What We Love: This contemporary waterfront home offers stunning interior spaces and breathtaking views of the water. The designer did a fabulous job of creating calm, warm spaces within very clean lines. The thoughtful details set it apart and elevate the design. Overall, there is cohesion throughout the house which makes it feel warm and welcoming.

Hand-crafted light fixtures such as the Hubbardton Forge Quill LED Pendant and the Moooi Heracleum Light were incorporated into the lighting design, adding a sophisticated touch.
Above: The motorized sliding glass doors provide a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. On the patio, the outdoor furnishings are from Janus et Cie. Over the indoor dining table, the light fixture was selected because of its jellyfish-like appearance. It is the Jumbo 29 Bubble chandelier from Pelle. The cord is wrapped with leather. The dining table is from Poliform, while the armchairs were sourced from Porada.

The balcony can be used for waterfront meetings, where the all-weather Tosca armchairs from Janus et Cie can be used for additional seating. The modern sofa is from Minotti, while the coffee table is by LexMod. The painting on the wall is from Z Gallerie. The light fixtures are Moooi.
