Interior Archaeology is responsible for reimagining this romantic Spanish Colonial house that is perched in the canyons above Malibu, California. Turrets and terracotta grace the architecture of this spectacular residence that showcases views that go on for miles. Fountains trickle in the interior courtyard and towering birds of paradise give the exterior of this dwelling the allure of old Hollywood.
Winding stone staircases, a guest house design studio, an infinity edge pool and gardens with avocado and pomegranate trees make it hard to ever want to leave this truly amazing oasis. Continue below to see the rest of this sensational home…
What We Love: This Spanish Colonial home in Malibu was completely transformed to offer sun drenched living spaces and beautiful details throughout. We are especially loving the outdoor living spaces with comfortable furnishings for entertaining and mesmerizing views. Overall, the project team did a beautiful job of creating a warm and welcoming home thanks to an extensive refurbishment of both the interior and exterior spaces.
