Step into this amazing coastal-inspired home tour in Illinois

contemporary-home-exterior

Konstant Architecture & Planning together with Andrea Goldman Design have designed this stunning coastal-inspired family home located in Wilmette, a village in New Trier Township, Cook County, Illinois. The goal for this project, which is designed for a family of six, was to create an open and airy floor plan where the family could feel like they were together even when they are in different areas of the house.

They wanted their everyday house to feel like living in a retreat. With their active family lifestyle, their schedules do not allow them to travel that often, so they desired a home where they could live well throughout the year. The project team devised an open layout to maximize livability.
