Pacific Coast Builders and Serendipite Designs have collaborated to transform this modern farmhouse-style home that is located in the charming community of North Tustin, Orange County, California. This project started out as a single-story, ranch style-style home and underwent a complete remodel and a 1,000-square-foot addition.
The addition included a second story for a home gym, a great room with vaulted ceilings, front and rear deck, a carport, and a covered front entry. With large open spaces and an abundance of natural light, this modern farmhouse was designed around and is perfect for, family gathering and entertaining. Continue below to see the images before the renovation!
The exterior facade is characterized by a mix of board and batten and lap siding, while the white brick cladding is a beautiful matching touch and wraps the chimney and bases of the posts that support the front entry and carport.
What We Love: This modern farmhouse-style home in sunny California has been beautifully renovated to offer light and airy living spaces and a harmonious floor plan layout. From exterior to interior, everything in this home was been given a facelift for a more inviting aesthetic. The new home not only meets the owner’s lifestyle needs but feels warm and welcoming. We are especially loving the kitchen with its two-tone cabinetry, large island, fabulous appliances, and feeling of spaciousness.
