Peter Zimmerman Architects are responsible for the design of this mountain modern house integrated into a hillside with sweeping views over Sun Valley, Idaho. The dwelling, with its incredible views, appears, from the street approach, to be understated and quietly integrated into the natural environment.
The horizontal lines downplay the experience until you enter. Upon entry, the views begin to reveal themselves and all one can see are the glorious vistas of Baldy Mountain, Dollar Mountain, and the Smokey Mountain range. The house is open, airy, and flooded with natural light.
