This beautiful modern farmhouse home was designed by Purple Cherry Architects and perched on the edge of a waterfront cliff in Annapolis, Maryland. Inside the architecture is used as a backdrop for the homeowner’s extensive art collection that tells the story of years of extensive travel. Specifically, the entry was designed to function as an art gallery, while also framing immediate views of the water through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The floorplan is as practical as it is stunning, providing single-story living with the exception of a home office on the second level, and placing the primary suite and guest suites on opposite wings. A nearby guest house echoes the contemporary design aesthetic, offering three suites connected by glass links. Continue below to also see the tour of the fabulous guest house!
