David Charlez Designs in collaboration with Sustainable 9 Design+Build has created this stunning rustic modern creekside home located in Edina, Minnesota. This sustainable dwelling has clear treetop views of Minnehaha Creek running directly behind the home as it meanders through a wooded wonderland.
With a spacious 4,320 square feet, the modern stepped facade houses four bedrooms, and five baths, and includes a tuck-under three-car garage. Combining stone, cedar siding accents, steel, and smooth James Hardie lap siding, its modern design sensibilities exude warmth and comfort on the exterior of this home.

What We Love: This rustic modern home is integrated into a hillside with sweeping creekside views. Large windows and a large deck help to capitalize on the views to create a relaxed living environment. We are loving the overall feeling of warmth in this home and the casual vibe that invites both owners and guests alike to relax and stay awhile. Overall, the project team did a fabulous job of creating a gorgeous and sustainable home that will be enjoyed for years to come.
