This farmhouse fresh home was built by Todd Campbell Homes and designed and furnished by Judith Balis Interiors, located in Williamson River Ranch in Eagle, Idaho. For the design of this home, the owners had specific design requests. One was a spacious dining room that could comfortably host their large family.
The designer hand-selected every paint color, trim design, and fabric sample so to create a cohesive aesthetic throughout the interiors. Special features in this dwelling include a custom-designed, extra-large sectional that can comfortably seat eight people. A pair of leather chairs complement the sectional of the adjacent wall to offer additional seating when entertaining guests.

What We Love: This farmhouse fresh home offers living spaces that are beautiful and completely inviting. Living spaces were designed to cater to relaxed family living and entertaining in style. We are especially loving the kitchen with its black and white palette and the warmth of the wood on the flooring and ceiling beams in the living room and primary bedroom.

Above: In the living room, the extra-large sectional is by Jonathan Louis, while a pair of coffee tables were sourced from Pottery Barn. The fireplace surround is a 12×24 porcelain tile. The rug is by Loloi. The walls are painted in Silver Satin OC-26 | Benjamin Moore. The fireplace mantel is reclaimed barn timber.
The ceiling beams were originally painted too dark and were sanded down. Instead of restaining them, the designer opted to leave them raw and imperfect. As a result, they match perfectly with the reclaimed timber fireplace mantel.
