Lucky Star Ranch is a stone and timber mountain hideaway designed by Van Bryan Studio Architects, located in the resort village of Big Sky, Montana. Custom home builder, On Site Management constructed this modern-rustic style home over the course of two years, completing the project in 2008. Offering 11,000 square feet up sumptuous living space, this family home is nestled adjacent to Moonlight Basin Sky Run.

Constructed into the side of a mountain the architects had to deal with changes in levels. To address this issue, several outdoor seating areas at varying levels were created. Stone steps and large boulders helped to connect these spaces together.
What We Love: This dreamy mountain hideaway offers everything you could possibly wish for in a mountain retreat. Wood and timber construction, fabulous snow-capped mountain vistas and cozy, comfortable furnishings. Everything about the style and design of this home invites relaxation, both indoors and out.
