To make this inexpensive centerpiece, here is what you will need: cylindrical vase or empty can, two-sided tape, rubber band, candy canes, wide ribbon (wider than a rubber band) and roses. Wrap the tape around the lower portion of the vase, add the rubber band and affix candy canes between the band and the tape; finish with the ribbon (cover the rubber band), fill with water and add roses.
