A screened-in porch of 490 square feet creates a private retreat for the homeowners to enjoy their beautiful surrounding of a wilderness preserve. This timber-framed structure features an exquisite limestone fireplace as the central focal point of the room. Relaxing furnishings are arranged to enjoy conversation around the fireplace. The ceiling is constructed of tongue and groove joinery.
With a pitched ceiling, this room feels open and airy. The durable flooring material is stained concrete. This wonderful room also enjoys fresh cross breezes that the homeowner’s can take advantage of all year round. This space is connected to the main home, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy nature.
What We Love: This contemporary home has a lot of eye-catching details throughout, making it very livable. We love the soaring wood beamed ceilings and expansive windows framing views over a wilderness preserve. Spaces seems to flow harmoniously from one to the next.
