This beautiful home is a showcase of Italian elegance designed by Jauregui Aarchitecture Interiors, located right outside of Dallas, Texas. Exquisite in every detail, this home encompasses just of 16,000 square feet of luxurious living space. It was designed, built and furnished in just 20 months.
The project team provided a turnkey service to the homeowners, which included interior design and furnishings. Jauregui also acts as the decorators which allows them to have complete integration with their Architecture and Construction team. They include everything down to the flowers on the table!

The walls are painted in Mushroom Cap from ICI. The light fixtures are the Corbett Lighting Vertigo Pendant.

Above: In the dining room, the dining table is from Marge Carson who designs larger scale furnishings. The dining chairs are designed by Christopher Guy who is a to the trade only manufacturer (an interior designer in your area can help you source these). The area rug, as with most of the rugs in this home, was sourced from a local showroom in Austin, Texas called David Alan. This rug features traditional lines with an overall transitional feeling.
Above: The Buffet Lamps are by John Richard (JRL-8533) 14″w x 39″h. The buffet is by Theodore Alexander, a to the trade only manufacturer (check with an Interior Designer for a local showroom where it is carried). Behind the buffet is a custom designed, free-hand mural.
Above: The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, in the Riverbath Collection.
Above: The bathroom faucet is made by Rubinet.

Above: In the home office, the beautifully whimsical chandelier is from Van Teal. The pair of chairs set in front of the desk are covered in Bergamo fabric, adding a wow factor to the space. The desk is from Emerson who is a to the trade only manufacturer.
Above: The flooring is a Marble called Café Noir from Materials Marketing. The designers selected the French Quarter finish for a more rustic edge.
Above: The ceiling lanterns in the wine cellar are from Currey and Company. The door was custom designed by the architects. The flooring is a mix of honed Dark Emperador marble tile with honed Light Emperador.
Above: The tile flooring is a mix of travertine stones, in a mix of dark and medium tones to achieve a subtle graphic pattern.
Above: The exquisite outdoor terrace features Dedon Outdoor Furniture. The furnishings offers high-end style and comfort.
Above: The coffee table is from Dedon Outdoor Furniture. It comes with a glass insert but the design team decided to put river rocks in place of the insert so the homeowners would not have to worry about cleaning the glass. We love this idea!
