This spectacular mountain lodge getaway was designed by McLaughlin & Associates Architects in collaboration with Tucker & Marks, located in Ketchum, Idaho. The architectural design of this residence is full of high drama and massive amounts of stone. The color palette is an inspiration of warm hues — russets, saffrons, ochres and golds. The design team layered the interiors with textiles, rich wood tones and sumptuous furnishings. The result is an atmosphere that is inviting, functional and comfortable, with living spaces that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
“Style and vernacular are always subjective, but ease and comfort must be a given. When the scale of the pieces in a room is just right, the rooms sings, it’s blissful to be in it,” states Tucker & Marks.
