This mid-century seaside home was designed by architects Eric Olsen Design in collaboration with interiors studio RailiCA Design, located on a hilltop property in Corona del Mar, California. Encompassing 3,450 square feet of living space, this four bedroom residence was created for a family of five. This dream home offers sweeping views of the ocean, with a design focused on catering to the family’s lifestyle needs while embracing style and comfort.

Homeowners request: An open and spacious house centered on entertaining that could cater to large get-togethers, yet feel intimate and cozy to meet the family’s daily activities.

What We Love: This mid-century seaside home offers its inhabitants open and spacious living areas brimming with style and personality. The architecture is crisp and clean, while the interior palette helps to compliment and soften with organic materials of leather, oak and washed textiles. The overall aesthetic is a home that effortlessly balances style and comfort to create a family home that is perfect for everyday living and entertaining….
