Nestled along the Gulf of Mexico, this relaxing oasis offers well-appointed details throughout. Originally this property was an ornate Tuscan villa, magnificently transformed into an eclectic twist between a traditional and transitional home.

The design team was tasked with preserving the architect’s original vision, while completely reconfiguring the floor plan to meet the homeowner’s desire for an open layout. There were also some major structural roadblocks that were presented in this project that needed to be addressed. The result is an open concept with a fresh and inviting design plan. This beautiful home was design to maximize the fabulous views from all pertinent vantage points, creating the idyllic setting for coastal living.

The interior color palette features a light and breezy style of cool blues and neutral hues, creating an atmosphere of casual elegance. The designers paired this scheme with clean architectural details at every turn, crafting a home with unique character and a vintage spirit.
