This opulent modern estate was designed by McClean Design, located in the Trousdale Estates, a neighborhood of Beverly Hills, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. Nestled on just over an acre of property, “Opus” is a 20,500 square foot luxury mansion with seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms (including a master and VIP Suite).
According to Forbes, highlights of this stellar pad includes: $2 million worth of Artwork (including three Damian Hirsts), a 15-seat curved screen theater, a 170-bottle Cristal champagne vault, a glass dining room surrounded by another 944-bottle wine vault, an imposing 20-foot glass waterfall, a Gold Lamborghini Aventador and Gold Rolls-Royce Dawn and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. There is also a wellness center, which boasts a cold plunge/hot plunge, steam massage room and a full-service beauty salon with hair styling facilities.
Fact: Touted as Beverly Hills’ most expensive property, real estate developer Nile Niami, CEO of Skyline Development, has listed this spec mansion for a staggering $85,000,000… it was originally listed for $100,000,000!! The home is exclusively represented by Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland.
What We Love: This opulent modern estate offers pure eye candy with all the amenities one could only dream of and more. The stellar views of downtown LA from the outdoor deck and infinity swimming pool are heavenly. The fireplace wall in the living room would be amazing in the evening for entertaining. We are especially crushing on the dramatic waterfall wall that drops into an indoor swimming pool… Readers, what do you think, could you imagine living in a place like this or do you find it too over the top?
