Above: Modern meets rustic in this open concept kitchen and dining area. The space encompasses 242 square feet, with dimensions of 11 by 22 feet. The perimeter countertops feature fluted and lacquered black drawers, which creates a statement detail underneath the 3-centimeter-thick Alabama White marble countertop. The fluted design is repeated in the front of the island.

Other details includes the antique beech drawers which have been stained and slightly recessed. Loving the island bar stools! They are called “Noir”, designed by Jan Ware Designs. The pendant above the island pendant is an antique English lantern. The flooring is 5-inch bleached white oak.
