Urbans Point Residence is a project undertaken by RemWhirl Architecture & Landscape Design, a beach style lake house located in Crosslake, Minnesota. The property consists of a main residence along with an adjacent carriage house, offering generous living spaces for the family and their guests to relax after spending a long day at the lake.
“Truly coastal in nature, white washed wood and reclaimed timber beams accent the interior, throughout,” states the architect. A spectacularly designed open plan kitchen and dining room offers the perfect backdrop for entertaining around the two-story great room fireplace.
Fact: The overall width and length of this lakeside dwelling is 40 feet by 68 feet.

What We Love: This beach style lake house offers open and spacious living spaces to entertain friends and family. Comfortable furnishings invites relaxation, while a fireplace both indoors and out offers a cozy spot to enjoy warmth and ambiance. The bright and airy great room is our favorite space, with its soaring ceiling and exquisite stacked stone fireplace.
