This stately bayfront residence was designed by Geoff Chick & Associates, located on a spacious lot in the Kelly Plantation, Destin, Florida. Kelly Plantation is an exclusive, gated community located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, in the Emerald Coast region of the Florida Panhandle. The stately homesite features live oaks, breathtaking bay views, and deep water at the end of a dock.

The interiors were designed by Allyson Runnels Interiors, encompassing 5,496 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. A bright and spacious floor plan is characterized by soaring ceilings and expansive windows framing the views of the beautiful surroundings. Above: The exquisite flooring features varying plank widths of Heart Pine. The light fixtures above the island are the Vance Pendant Lights with a metal cone shade sourced from BW Collier. The dimensions of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area is 22 x 52.

Above: The sliding barn doors on the interior conceals an office on the left and a walk-in pantry on the right. The impact-rated, Weathershield bifold door helps to create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The dimensions are 24 feet by 10 feet.

Above: Outside, an expansive swimming pool is connected to a hot tub, offering the homeowners a fabulous outdoor living and entertaining space. The pool deck material is handcrafted concrete pavers sourced from Peacock Pavers.
