This bright and airy mid-century modern remodel was carried out by interior design studio Brown Design Group, located in Los Angeles, California.ย The interior spaces are characterized by mixes of crisp whites with natural linens and soft leathers. The interiorย style of this residence is heavily influenced by 1970s California architectural designs. This can be seen exemplified through the sliding doors, apron sinks and live edge wood dining table.
The cozy living room features a modern fireplace surrounded by drywall. An Eames loungeย chair and ottoman provides a designer statement piece next to the fireplace. Not to mention a nod to mid-century! Behind it, a wall of shelving provides space to showcase personal decorative items. A light gray sectional and soft yellow leather chairs creates an inviting seating arrangement. Whiteย oak flooring reflects light through the windows. An area rug helps to ground the space.
