This charming waterfront house was designed by Markalunas Architecture Group and built by Resort Custom Homes, located in Lake Keowee, South Carolina. The exterior facade of this roughly 9,000 square foot property is clad in stone, a type of granite known locally as “Hopper’s Creek”. The cedar shingles are Sherwin Williams, “Fruitwood”, finished in a semi-transparent stain. Spread out over two levels, this sumptuous home provides spacious living areas both indoors and out. Expansive windows throughout the interiors were designed to maximize views of the lake.
