This contemporary remodel and addition was designed by Sutro Architects and built by Design Line Construction, nestled on a spacious site at the top of Cole Valley, a small neighborhood in San Francisco, California. The design project involved an expansion of the property, this encompassed adding an additional story and a roof deck onto the home. Now with four-levels and 4,800 square feet of sumptuous living space, this home is an oasis for contemporary living. There are a total of five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms in this newly remodeled residence. From the exterior facade, expansive windows creates a sleek and polished aesthetic. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs delight with double ovens and sinks and an Italian marble topped island with waterfall edges. The living and dining rooms have a dual-sided gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance, while European white oak hardwood floors traverse throughout the pad.
On the top level, a master bedroom retreat showcases panoramic views and an en-suite spa-like bathroom. On the ground level, a garage offers parking for four cars which includes a charge station and a media room complete with surround sound and a built-in bar. A rooftop deck offers a cozy fire pit, dining al fresco and spectacular views over the city. There is also an additional deck just off the family room that is covered and a generously-sized backyard garden that is beautifully landscaped.
