This beautiful custom residence pairs traditional sophistication with Mediterranean flair. The stone and stucco exterior with arched windows and concrete tile roof perfectly fits the style. The backyard pool overlooks distant views of the Texas Hill Country with a large covered patio providing plenty of dining and lounging areas for guests.
The interiors of this home features an eclectic mix of styles, courtesy of interior design studio Jennifer Garner Interiors. This family had lived abroad for several years, wishing to integrate furnishings from their travels. Special treatments includes the custom painted kitchen island and encaustic tile backsplash. The barn wood wall and custom designed vanity with art-inspired wall covering in the powder bathroom. The stone pilasters with accent lighting in the game room.
The arched custom iron front door enters to a wide entry way with hickory wood floors leading to the large open floor plan. Archways, vaulted ceilings, decorative niches and custom fir ceiling beams are just a few of the gorgeous architectural details found throughout the home.
