This eclectic industrial-modern loft space was designed by interiors studio Daleet Spector Design, located in the seaside community of Marina Del Rey, California. With bright and colorful interiors, this stylish home features charming details with high ceilings and a bold color palette. The flooring throughout the main living spaces is polished concrete.

The rug came from Calypso Home. The curtains were custom made for the space. The bike rack was purchased from Fab.

Above: The rolling island has been custom designed to fit the space, featuring locking casters. The counter stools were sourced from HD Buttercup in Los Angeles. The unique light fixture hanging from above is the ‘modern filament chandelier’ from Restoration Hardware. The area rug is by Pappelina. A wall of chalkboard paint allows the homeowners to have some fun! The floor is polished concrete.
