This contemporary coastal home was interior designed by CVI Design and custom built by Celebrity Builders, located in Holland, Michigan. The town is situated near the eastern shore of Lake Michigan on the private lake of Lake Macatawa. This award-winning design was featured in the 2015 Fall Parade of Homes.
The interiors scheme boasts light muted colors, soft textures and various shades of gray and white. By keeping the wood tones neutral and the fixtures chrome or black, a timeless design can be enjoyed by the homeowners for years to come. This custom designed new build home received first place in its category for “Best Interior Elements” and “Best Kitchen Design”.

Above: All of the walls are painted in Sherwin-Williams Passive SW 7064, while all of the white trim and fireplace are Baby’s Breath 873 | Benjamin Moore. The room dimensions are 16′ x 19′-10″.
