A screen porch with retractable screens and an adjacent outdoor deck extend the living space outdoors, blurring the lines between indoors and out. An elevator provides access to all levels of the home, ideal for aging in place.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, along with a bonus room and a laundry room. The lower level is designed for recreation and relaxation, featuring a golf simulator, pool table, large exercise room, and a family room. A standout feature is the home’s lakeside entertaining spaces, including a lake lounge and lake bar, complemented by lower-level lake storage with a garage door that opens directly to the backyard.
What truly sets this home apart are the thoughtful architectural details, including three staircases—one central one and one on each outer wing of the home—graceful arched hallways, under-stair wine storage, and a moody hearth room. The exterior is equally refined, featuring painted brick, stucco, Brava synthetic cedar-shake roofing, and copper gutters, lending timeless curb appeal.
