This traditional farmhouse with a modern twist was designed by Cory Black Design, along with Morrison Interiors, and is situated on a spacious lot in Chandler, Arizona. It features design elements that make it the perfect home for a family of six, along with two cats and two dogs. The goal for this project was to create a house that is both beautiful and durable. Additionally, it needed to function as a living gallery, a space where the owners could showcase their extensive art collection.
Encompassing 6,635 square feet of living space, this dwelling was designed with family in mind. There is a his and hers office to support working from home, as well as family gathering spaces, such as a lounge-like piano room and an open layout kitchen, that offer beauty and comfort with stylish furnishings, finishes, and fixtures.
