The exterior palette is rich and layered, featuring custom Charcoal stain and glaze on Nichiha Sierra shake siding from Carolina Colortones, paired with trim in Sherwin-Williams Smoke Tree and timbers finished in Sherwin-Williams Mountain Ash. Painted Miratec fascia, locally crafted rough-sawn cedar gable trusses, and granite fieldstone sourced from a quarry in Marion, North Carolina, add depth and authenticity. A slate roof and black aluminum-clad windows complete the home’s timeless mountain character.
