The primary residence is on the first lot and serves as a full-time home, encompassing 4,100 square feet.
In contrast, the second parcel features a lakeside guest cabana with a kitchen, living space, and bedroom—ideal for hosting visitors or for quiet lakeside moments. Between the two, an outdoor bar and kitchen zone unifies the properties into a multifunctional estate.

Iron-railed bridges and landscaped walkways link the storage garage (with a gym tucked below), the main home, and the cabana, offering a seamless flow between daily living and lakeside recreation.
A natural drainage wash, once a dividing element, was embraced and transformed into a landscaped water feature that comes alive each spring.
The architecture leans modern and clean, with crisp white forms warmed by natural wood tones. Large windows offer direct views of the water, while frosted panels provide privacy where the home sits close to neighboring properties. The guest cabana was intentionally kept low-profile to preserve sightlines from the main house.
Inside, the main home includes three bedrooms and a striking lower-level entertainment space, featuring a built-in, fully serviced fish tank concealed behind a hidden closet, and bold, playful finishes like vibrant wallpaper and curated decor.
