This contemporary home showcases a welcoming neutral color palette with wooden flooring throughout most of the interiors. The light filled living room offers spacious seating arrangements and high vaulted ceiling with exposed ceiling beams and a beautiful chandelier to pull the space together. A grand staircase splits off in opposing directions at a mezzanine level, leading resident’s of the home to the more private areas.
This symmetrical seating arrangement in front of the fireplace creates a warm and sophisticated ambiance, with a cozy area rug defining this space.
The open plan kitchen offers exposed brick walls, light wood flooring and a large island with built-in barstools. A dining area opposite the kitchen offers french doors out to a patio with views of the lake.
A beautiful stone wall accentuates the media room, with a comfortable seating arrangement and entertainment space such as the pool table, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
