This home perfectly captures the charm and character of a historic cottage. With its bright white exterior, beadboard details, and inviting porches, it combines coastal style with timeless elegance. Inside you will find a coffered-ceiling great room, a lake-facing primary suite, and even a reimagined British pub in the lower level — all thoughtfully designed for modern living with classic appeal.
The crisp white exterior features a blend of James Hardie panel and shake siding, complemented by stone accents, catching the eye without overshadowing the surrounding views. The windows throughout this home were sourced from Marvin Windows.
As you step into the charming entry, you will find a lovely sunroom through 8-foot sliding glass French doors on your right, and a screened porch with heaters on your left, all designed to enjoy the stunning lake views and fresh breezes.

What We Love: This coastal cottage-style home has so many amazing details, from the white oak herringbone details at the entry and staircase landings to the beautifully patterned wallcoverings. We are loving how the owner’s bedroom has a private en-suite lakeside deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching sunsets. The home’s entryway is also a notable highlight, with its blue front door, arched entry, and bold wallpaper… and of course, the herringbone flooring!
