Transitional Home Exterior

Haven Hill Builders, together with Amy Dutton Home, has reimagined this coastal colonial home on Gerrish Island in Kittery Point, Maine, originally built in the early 2000s. The home sits across the street from the Atlantic Ocean on beautifully landscaped grounds in a wooded setting. The project involved a comprehensive deep energy retrofit, A coastal colonial home gets a stunning remodel in Kittery Point, Maineuding high-performance windows, extensive air sealing, upgraded insulation, targeted additions, and a rooftop solar array.

Inside, the floor plan was thoughtfully opened to improve flow, light, and connection between spaces. Every room was fully remodeled, balancing comfort with durability for coastal living.
