Natural materials from oak wood siding, floors, and ceilings to natural stone evoke a warm, rich experience embracing the surrounding breathtaking hillside escape. What We Love: This modern “tree house” in Montecito is perched high on a hillside and fully embraces the beauty of the Santa Ynez mountains. We love the material palette of wood and stone, infusing warmth into this modern-designed home. A fabulous indoor-outdoor living environment has been established throughout this home, which is very ideal in Southern California. Overall, we are loving every detail in this home, especially the beautiful living room with its stylish furnishings, stone fireplace, and breathtaking views.
