There is a unique cascading of roofs on this project that progressively sets the residence back and upward from the street, thereby establishing a distinct hierarchy for the pedestrian entrance transition.

Thoughtfully employed landscaping fulfills a dual purpose: crafting privacy and providing an aesthetically pleasing backdrop visible through windows and doors.
