Above: This covered patio space of this farmhouse retreat in Michigan spills out to a terrace that then transitions to the pool. Porcelain pavers look and feel like Bluestone but are not hot on the feet (which natural Bluestone is) during the summer. Phantom screens are motorized over the porch and have two layers. One for the bugs and one for the weather. Bernhardt Exteriors furniture helped make this entire space functional and beautiful. The fan is from Modern Forms.
