“This is probably my favorite Craftsman home that we have built. We worked with these clients off and on for a decade to get all the details just right. The way this home sits across the ridge provides an amazing approach from the front, and the rear opens up to ideal ‘tree house’ living,” states the Living Stone’s President, Sean Sullivan.
This beautiful dwelling is universally designed for main and secondary living. This simply means making a house easier to use, safer to use, and more user-friendly. Thoughtful use of color and textured elements create depth and variety throughout the interior living spaces. Dramatic tongue and groove throughout the main level provide a seamless connection to the outdoor living spaces.

They did pretty well on aging in place with an elevator, no steps or threshold changes, color differences, etc. But there were a lot of sharp corners throughout the house with all the rock and metal. The sinks are not friendly to someone in a wheel chair. Fortunately, no rug edges to trip on. There did seem to be a raised outlet box near a post in the kitchen. That shouldn’t even pass code, but maybe I’m mistaken on what it is. A beautifully styled house.
I like the elevator and that’s about it. No knock on the construction or design, it’s just not my cup of tea.
