High ceilings are complemented by wood beams and statement lighting, while a combination of modern and mid-century pieces adds interest and depth. The exterior light fixtures are from Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights. Inside, you will find a spacious 6,205 square foot floor plan with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.

A welcoming veranda and the flicker of gas lights in the lanterns give all who behold this home a sense of southern charm while being rooted in the heart of the desert. A reclaimed brick path grants access to the front entry, offering a glimpse of nearby Camelback Mountain.
A mix of materials such as wide-plank wood flooring, soapstone countertops, and reclaimed beams give the home a perfect balance of warmth and charm, with an overall contemporary design.
A slight level change from the garage to the main living areas offers interest, as does the generously wide hallway leading to the secondary bedrooms. The main bedroom suite is impressive, without feeling overdone – a compliment to the scale and massing of the home.
