The soft-modern style exudes an inviting warmth with rustic, white oak flooring and solid walnut doors throughout.
This multi-level, ADA-compliant dwelling features a glass-enclosed elevator to access each of the levels. The lower level was created with children in mind. The kid’s den boasts two spacious custom bunk rooms, each offering its own private en-suite bath and a central playroom between the two sleeping areas. All finishes, furnishings, upholstery, bedding, and accessories were custom-designed and curated by Collective Design Group.
Head up the staircase to find an in-home gym, entertainment areas, and six king bedroom suites. Each bedroom suite is its own sanctuary with custom interior elements and a private en-suite bath equipped with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
