This modern desert dream home was designed by Tate Studio Architects, located in Estancia, an exclusive golf community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Boasting beautiful golf course views, this private home features concrete columns, a massive concrete fireplace, and reclaimed white oak floors along with Makassar ebony cabinets for warmth. All countertops are natural quartzite.
The green quartzite was used for the master bath countertops. It was also brought into the shower for the bench and niches. The recesses in the shower for the valves and hand shower made for a less cluttered look. The same quartzite was used in the powder room for the counter and the sink itself. The wall of this small space is mirrored to help it feel larger.

What We Love: This modern desert dream home features a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection and the most incredible views. We are loving the use of wood on the flooring to infuse warmth into this otherwise modern dwelling. Clean lines, an open floor plan layout, and sleek furnishings provide a relaxed atmosphere for living and entertaining.
