This open and airy stone and timber retreat encompasses nearly 5,000 square feet of sumptuous living space.
Perched on a mountainside, the home enjoys dramatic views of the Spanish Peaks range and Lone Peak from strategically placed windows throughout. A beautiful floor plan was designed for family living and entertaining. Luxury amenities include an outdoor wood-burning fireplace along with stone-clad fireplaces in many of the interior living spaces.
The heavy use of wood brings inviting warmth into this home. On the lower level, a cozy family room comes equipped with a wet bar and wine cellar. Custom furnishings, fixtures, and meticulously selected accessories add to the overall rustic beauty of this mountain dwelling.
