California-modern meets Texas in this absolutely gorgeous Dallas home

This absolutely beautiful California-modern home designed by Dwayne Brinkley with interiors by Maddie Hughes Designs is located in Lakewood, a neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. Encompassing 4,864 square feet of living space, this luminous residence boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

On the exterior facade, this home features a mix of smooth faced cement fiber siding and brick veneer. The Forath v224 Modular brick is painted in a custom color. The brick was purchased from Packer Brick out of Rockwall, TX. The windows are Dark Bronze Quaker Thermal Break Aluminum windows, purchased through National Window & Doors. The doors are also aluminum clad.

Benjamin Moore White Heron is used throughout the home for walls, ceilings, and trim. This also includes the kitchen walls and painted cabinetry. The island is roughly 10’6″ x 3′ x 2′. The cabinets are white oak with a custom stain and clear coat. Cabinet hardware are Lewis Dollin 7″ pulls in Brushed Brass. The island pendants are Goodman Pendants from Serena & Lily.

The flooring is engineered white oak sanded, finished, and stained with a custom mix of brown tones and water base satin poly, from Cox’s Fine Floors.

Everything is absolutely beautiful. Can you please tell me how many inches the fireplace is recessed? And the depth of the fireplace mantle?
