This mountain contemporary farmhouse by Ward Young Architects in collaboration with id.3 Interior Design is located in the Martis Camp community of Truckee, California. The design of this expansive 5,230 square foot dwelling is inspired by wine country farmhouses.
Spread out over a single level, the interior features a spacious and airy main space encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Additional highlights include a separate guest and master wings, and three bedrooms including a bunk room, a sizable media room, and an attached three-car garage. A large terrace facing forested woods encourages an indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
