This coastal style home was built by construction company Mahshie Custom Homes and interior designed by The Guest House Studio, located on Daniel Island, an island in Charleston, South Carolina. The perfect image of a classic coastal family home, this young vibrant family had just recently relocated here from Texas. They wanted to have the beach home they had always dreamed of.
In the process of building this home, they hired the designers to select paint colors, furnishings, light fixtures and interior styling. The result is a home that is the perfect blend of beautiful trim, open spaces, pops of ocean-inspired blues, and classic furnishings that is timeless…perfect for a growing family!

Stepping inside, you are welcomed by a stylish foyer with shiplap walls, beautiful accessories and a sliding barn door. The spacious kitchen with its eye-catching blue painted island and a living room that blurs the boundaries between indoors and out. The master bedroom is an oasis in of itself, with its beautiful furnishings, exquisite chandelier and an adjoining porch…. and then there is the master bathroom, a spa oasis with a soaking tub!
